The Commodore Amiga

After owning the C64, my next computer was, the Amiga 500.

Just like the 64, the Amiga was another success for Commodore. It was faster, had better graphics & sound, and was a joy to use.

Sadly, after the successful Amiga series of computers, Commodore made some questionable design decisions, which lead them to file for bankruptcy in 1994.

Yes, they made some bad design decisions, but what also contributed to their demise, was something that was out of their control, and that was software piracy.

I actually think, this is what killed off, one of the biggest names in computers…….
